For the fourth consecutive year, BNP Paribas Egypt is supporting "Sak El Odheya" programme in collaboration with the Egyptian Food Bank. The "Sak El Odheya" Programme aims to achieve the biggest benefit from the Greater Bairam by supplying meat to the largest number of needy people throughout the year not just during the Greater Bairam.

Commenting on the significance of this programme, Mrs. Shahinaz Foda, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Treasury and Wealth Management - BNP Paribas Egypt, said, "BNP Paribas is one of the pioneering banks to cooperate with the Egyptian Food Bank as this is our fourth consecutive year to receive local and international donations to support "Sak El Odheya" programme. This collaboration is part of the bank's responsibility to provide practical solutions to all clients and non-clients and an opportunity to effectively take part in meeting the needs of less fortunate individuals throughout the year. The Egyptian Food Bank ensures providing shares to each individual and their family according to the Islmaic Shari'a."

Mr. Moez El Shohdi, The Egyptian Food Bank Managing Director stated, "Sak El Odheya programme allows people to delegate the Egyptian Food Bank to slaughter and distribute the meat on their behalf to poor and needy families, using a thoroughly studied database of eligible cases to ensure fair distribution, while avoiding repetition."
