SODIC of Egypt Sales Reach $92 Million This Year, Al Mal Says

Six of October Development & Investment Co., also known as SODIC, sold properties valued at 550 million Egyptian pounds ($92 million) since the start of the year, Al Mal newspaper reported, citing a company official.

The Cairo-based luxury real-estate developer invested 100 million pounds a month in ongoing projects, Ahmed Badrawi, the company’s business development director, was cited by Al Mal as saying.
