Modern new salary scheme for Egyptair Maintenance and Engineering
The Egyptair Maintenance and Engineering Company (EGME) has confirmed its confidence in Lufthansa Consulting and has recently extended the fruitful relationship with a further project in the field of human resource management. In previous projects, Lufthansa Consulting already provided consultancy in restructuring Egyptair into a holding company and in improving the performance of Egyptair Cargo.
Now, the German aviation experts were commissioned by EGME to develop a new salary scheme to enable the MRO service provider to position it as a modern employer. One of the initiative's main parts is the creation of a new benefits and compensation system for an enhanced performance-related payment of employees and appropriate incentives.
Together with an internationally renowned specialized benefits and compensation partner, Lufthansa Consulting will initially review EGME's organization. The experts will evaluate the company's job descriptions and identify their value contribution to the company's overall business success. Finally, the consultants will conduct a salary scheme study across the industry and regions in order to elaborate a balanced and competitive salary conception taking into consideration the special local conditions in Egypt.
