Alzwad supports Ebda2 initiative with Google
Google has celebrated, this week, the launch of its initiative "Ebda2" (Start With Google), which is a competition that aims at supporting start-ups and new ideas by providing a cash prize worth LE1.2m for the winning project. This initiative is considered one of the best practices setting a role model for other companies to support more small and medium projects as well as distinctive ideas.
This initiative is taking place through cooperation between several partners, including Alzwad, a leader in the field of mobile applications in Egypt.
Alzwad is headed by Ziad Ali, a pioneering expert in the field of technology, with more than 20 years of experience in business development and senior management in the information technology, telecommunications and transportation services sectors as well as a gold medalist business leader in Egypt.
Ziad will be lecturing at universities in ten governorates to clarify the objectives of the initiative and to answer all queries.
He will also coach and mentor the execution of the selected projects and will provide technical assistance, expertise and advise to support these projects and keep them on the right track.
