Egypt’s National Railways Authority launches new service to improve passenger comfort
The Egyptian National Railways Authority announced on Sunday the launch of “Premium Lounge” service on its flights from Cairo to Alexandria and back, as part of its efforts to improve services for passengers.
The new service achieves a new level of comfort and excellence from the moment visitors enter the station until the end of the journey.
It proves passengers with air-conditioned waiting lounges equipped with hospitality services and video screens, and premium coaches with comfortable seats, providing a high level of luxury and excellence during the journey.
The ENR made the new service easy to access through various booking methods and applications, in addition to a dedicated customer service team.
Service users can also receive a 10 percent discount on purchases and services provided at retail outlets within the malls at Cairo and Sidi Gaber stations.
The Authority affirms its continued commitment to developing the services provided to citizens on the railway lines.
