Intelcia Expands Operations in Egypt with New Headquarters

Amr Talaat, the Minister of Communications and Information Technology, officially opened Intelcia's new regional headquarters in Sheikh Zayed City, Giza Governorate.

Intelcia, a leading global outsourcing services provider, plans to significantly expand its operations in Egypt, creating 1,300 new jobs, which will increase its workforce in Egypt to approximately 4,000 professionals. The company also intends to open two additional centers in Greater Cairo and Alexandria by 2026, bringing the total number of Intelcia centers in Egypt to four.

Serving clients in the United States, Europe, and the Gulf region, Intelcia provides multilingual outsourcing services in seven languages, solidifying Egypt's role as a key regional hub for outsourcing and customer experience services.

Minister Talaat highlighted that Intelcia's expansion is a testament to the company’s trust in Egypt’s highly skilled youth, capable of delivering high-quality multilingual outsourcing solutions. He stressed Egypt’s competitive edge in the global outsourcing market, driven by the country’s robust workforce in telecommunications and IT, which produces over 750,000 university graduates annually. He also pointed out the Ministry’s various programs aimed at equipping young people from diverse fields with the necessary skills to meet global outsourcing industry demands.

Additionally, Intelcia has an established outsourcing services center in the Borg El Arab Technology Park in Alexandria, which opened in early 2023. Since then, the company has experienced rapid growth, hiring approximately 2,700 specialists. This success demonstrates the abundance of skilled labor in Egypt and the country's favorable business environment for multilingual outsourcing services.
