The semiconductor industry is expected to reach $1 trillion in revenue by 2030 globally, underscoring its pivotal role in driving innovation, Jodi Shelton, co-founder and CEO of the Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA), said on Thursday. She added that semiconductors power every aspect of modern life, from smartphones and smartwatches to advanced computing, AI, and automotive technologies.
