Systematic Education Students in Governmental Sector's Training Institutions Increase 17%

Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS) issued "Annual Bulletin of Education and Training Statistics in Training Institutions in governmental and Private Sectors of 2021/2022, which aims to monitor types of training in governmental and Private Sectors to develop human skills and gain additional expertise in various specialization.


Most important indicators:


First: Training institutions in governmental and private sectors:


-Total number of training institutions are 635 in 2021/2022, compared to590institutions in 2020/2021, with an increase by 7.6%.


- Cairo has the largest number of these institutions reached 118 institutions with a rate of 18.6%, followed by Qalyubia with 44 institutions with a rate of 6.9%.


1- Governmental Sector:


-Training institutions affiliated to governmental sector reached 511 institutions (systematic* / unsystematic**) in2021/2022, compared to 481institutions in 2020/2021,with an increase by 6.2%.


-The largest number of these institutionsis in Cairo, reached 107 institutions, representing 20.9% out of the total number of institutions.


Nursing specialization acquired the largest number of these institutions reached 199 training institutions out of the total number of 286 training institutions in the government sector (systematic) with percentage of 69.6%.




 



* Systematic education: It follows the method of formal education and grants an academic certificate.


**Unsystematic education: It follows the method of training courses and it does not grant an academic certificate.


 


2-Private Sector:


- Number of vocational training centersof private sector and civil association affiliated to Ministry of SocialSolidarity is 124 in which (6 systematic, 118unsystematic) in 2021/2022, compared an increase of to109 centers out of which (4 systematic, 105unsystematic) in 2020/2021, with an increase by13.8 %.
