Egypt’s Gates Developments launches $162mln commercial complex in West Cairo

Gates Developments will start construction of its 5 billion Egyptian pound ($162 million) Space Commercial Complex in Sixth of October City, West Cairo in mid-2023, the company CEO said.

Hassan Nasr told Zawya Projects that the project spans an area of 6 acres in Sheikh Zayed City and comprises 17 independent buildings housing shops, offices and clinics.

“Construction will start by mid-2023 and be completed within 40 months," he said, adding that the project would be completed in four phases.
