New Vodafone Egypt CEO meets ICT minister

Egypt's ICT minister Yasser ElKady has held talks with newly appointed CEO of Vodafone Egypt Alexandre Froment. A statement issued after the meeting said the two discussed Vodafone’s business plans and investments during the next phase.
During the meeting, ElKady reviewed the ministry’s strategy for digital transformation and highlighted the need to maintain improvements in services provided to users and meet their needs, especially after activating 4G services.

For his part, Froment expressed his optimism and aspiration to work in Egypt, cooperate with ministry and all partners in the telecommunications sector and complete Vodafone Egypt's successful progress in the telecommunications sector. He also underscored the significance of the Egyptian market for Vodafone and the importance of investing in it, especially after the improvement of economic conditions as a result of recent reform measures.
