Morsi agrees on reactivating scientific research
President Mohamed Morsi has agreed on drafting a new bill to reactivate scientific research, calling for marketing researches to the service of the society.
The president also called for drawing up a plan for developing invention and reactivating the role of the national committees on virus and cancer diseases.
This came during the president's meeting with Dr. Nadia Zakhary, the Minister of State for Scientific Research which was attend by the President of the Academy of scientific research and Technology and the heads of all research centers and institutes. After the meeting, Zakhary told Middle East News agency MENA that the president has expressed wide interest in supporting the sector of scientific research in Egypt mainly researches on rationalizing power, pollution and recycling sanitary drainage water.
