National Bank for Development launches e-Government payments

The service enables both clients and non-clients, whether individual or corporate and including both public and private to pay their taxes and customs dues through the bank's network of 70 branches spread across Egypt.

Nevine Loutfy, Managing Director and CEO of NBD, said, "The bank provides the e-Government payment service for taxes and customs in coordination with the Ministry of Finance to all individuals and entities. The new service helps boosting the national economy by facilitating the payment process for customers of both taxes and customs, through decentralising tax collection."
