Responsible Care ® Initiative Seminar in Cairo, Egypt
On Wednesday, July 6, 2011 a Seminar about Responsible Care ® Initiative was held at the Federation of Egyptian Industries Building, Cairo.
Mr. Bernhard Their Responsible Care Manager, European Chemical Industry Council (Cefic) presented the goals of Responsible Care ® Initiative as part of an agreement of understanding signed between the Chamber of Chemical Industries and the European Chemical Industry Council (Cefic).
The seminar was held under the chairmanship of Dr. Sherif El-Gabaly , Chairman of the Chamber of Chemical Industries and in the presence of Eng. Mohamed F. Abdel Shafei, Deputy Chairman and Eng. Al-Sayed Younis, Chamber's board member Mr. Mohamed Aboharga, Chamber's executive Director, Eng. Ahmed Kamal, director of Environmental Compliance Office (ECO) and representatives of 12 companies from the major branches of the Egyptian Chemical Industries.
