Creativity Camp winners announced

The first place goes to an app that helps you find qualified technicians. The winning teams honored by Minister of Communications.

Minister of Communication and Information Technology Yasser Al Qady honored the winning teams in the Creativity Camp contest.
The camp aimed to encourage innovation to find smart solutions for the challenges facing Alexandria. The winner of the first prize worth EGP 10,000 was the team "Sana'ei" who developed an App to help people find qualified technicians.

The second prize worth EGP 5,000 was the team "Argo" they proposed using unmanned planes to monitor construction violations. The third prize went to "Bugs" team who developed an app to collect good leftover food from restaurants and offer it to those who need it.
Other teams also received support from the ministry like the "Eshteky" team that developed a mobile app to send complaints and problems to the responsible authorities.

The camp was organized by the computer department of the federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce (FEDCOC) in cooperation with the Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, Intel and ITIDA. The honoring ceremony came on the sideline of TECHNE summit that brings together more than 80 international companies in the field of ICT.
