• Achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Targets
• Review Daily Reports through Shifts
• Achieving Production Plan according to the annual budget.
• Leading the process Team through trainings and Instructions to achieve KPIs
• Applying Food Safety & Hygiene Standard to ensure the personal and equipment safety
• Minimizing Cost through decreasing MOH and direct cost
• Responsible for achieving Results for the External Audits (AIB / IPS/ ERP)
• Coordination with the Maintenance Department to fix any Problem related to the Equipments.
• Minimizing Waste - to maintain efficiency of operations
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)

• 1-2 years of Experience in the same field
• Computer proficiency (Excel-Word-PowerPoint)
• Communication & Leadership Skills
