The role will be involved in different aspects of marketing, including but not limited
to Marketing Material Handling, Events and Press Management, Public Relation
& Business Development.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle and become owner of Marketing Material, Marketing Events plans and execution.

- Handle and become owner of Press Releases and Press Management.

- Participate pro-actively and as required in Public Relation activities.

- Participate pro-actively in Marketing Planning both locally and internationally.

- Participate pro-actively in Business Development Activities with set-targets.

- Handle and present in Events & Exhibitions as required locally and internationally.

Typical work activities:

- To liaise and build relationships. Externally, this could be with customers and suppliers. Internally this could mean different related and supporting departments.

- To contribute to the strategic planning of an annual or
long term marketing plan to drive forward agreed company objectives.

- To budget manage and indentify advertising opportunities.

- To write and distributing press releases.

- To prepare photo shoots.

- To manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers. This can involve writing and proofreading copy, and liaising with designers and printers.

- To arrange for the effective distribution of marketing

- To maintain, build and update mailing databases.

- To organize and attend events and exhibitions.

- To develop strategic relations to secure sponsorship to
assist with the publicity and funding of marketing projects.

- To carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.

- To evaluate marketing campaigns.

- To monitor competitor activity.

- To support the marketing manager – Managing Director, and other colleagues.

- Telemarketing activities & leads generation to achieve necessary business development objective.


- Present GNSE Group in the most positive way.

- Able to work flexible/extended hours on occasions when required.

- Cooperate with peers on different levels in GNSE Group.

- Handle complaints immediately and effectively.

- Report productively and periodically all activities as requested by management.

- Provide any additional required work-related services according to management needs.

- Travel for marketing assignment one and as required.
