Job Requirements
- Required Locations: Nasr City, Heliopolis, Fifth Settlement
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support
- Excellent in English.
- Ability to handle customers in a friendly and professional attitude.
- Flexibility to regularly rotate through different technical specialties and skill sets.
- Ability to adapt with change as our products improves.
- A very high standard of personal appearance.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Familiarity with Apple Product is a must.
