Job: Project Manager

Job Description:

Determine project
structure and labor requirements and assign tasks

Plan the build
process which comprises of several stages to meet deadlines

Monitor each phase
completion according to time schedule, budget and contract terms and
conditions

Manage and monitor
handing over site to contractors after mobilization, and start up
construction

Monitor and evaluate
contractors and report feedback to management for necessary decision

Monitor work progress
through setting benchmarks and follow-up to ensure that every stage is
completed properly

Review forecasts and
changes, and manage the scope meticulously to avoid going over budget

Investigate
potentially serious situations and take corrective actions

Ensure that tasks are
delegated effectively and staff remain motivated to complete the project to
high standards

Inspect and review
work to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other
regulations

Deal with problems
results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site

Perform preliminary
handling over the project without observations

Final handling over
project after warranty period completion
