Job Description:
Generation of volume and value forecasting through executing the demand planning components of the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process.
Understand past and future assumptions, risks, and opportunities, and clean the sales data and build base forecast while keeping track of sales and marketing activity logs.
Understand and apply statistical models, depending on historical patterns and horizons using exception based planning report, analyze and deliver KPI’(forecast bias & Accuracy, Customer service KPI’s stock on hand days, business waste)
Manage short term demand requests and problem solving , manage scheduling of locally repacked products, translate potential supply risks from the sourcing unit and ensure clear communication to internal and external customers
Highlight gaps in the demand plans and makes sure necessary actions are taken by related stakeholder, obsolete stock management, identify obsolete stock risks, initiate and follow through required actions to sell out obsolete stock, and to avoid them (healthy portfolio management).
Make delisting proposals for non-performing products, manage master data, for the portfolio drive the supply chain responsibility in innovation process.

Qualifications:
Age range: 25-30 years old.
Bachelor Degree: Science, vet, commerce, agriculture, any…
Experience Background: Must have experience (1-3 years) planning in reputable company.
Computer Skills: is a plus (Good in Microsoft Office Suite )
Language Proficiency: Excellent in Arabic, Good in English ( written and spoken )
