Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance.
Approach new sources for potential candidates; receive CVs, screen them and short-listing suitable candidates to meet the criteria of the required job vacancy.
Organize interviews for short-listed applicants,including arranging the interview date, panel rooms
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Send regret and pending letters for the rejected and pending candidates
Maintain and develop a solid application database and classify the applications to ensure easy reference and accessibility
Prepare weekly statistical reports about the quality of Recruitment.
Cairo Residents Preferable.
Minimum 2 years Experiance. (Experiance in FMCG is a plus)
Very good English.
