Job Description

- Prepares payroll including, where appropriate, cheque preparation for resigned, retired and separated employees and coordinates with various banks to ensure adequate and timely funding.
- Coordinates with various operating units on the timely submission of periodic reports to external parties and the other various government agents.
- Continuously assists Information System and Human Resource personnel on the full transition of payroll program from AS400 to SAP Payroll anchored on a simple, secured and flexible payroll preparation.
- Supervises contractual messenger covering the return of validated deposit slips on bank transfers and receipt of other documents entrusted to him.
- Prepares booking and reconciles on a regular basis, ledger balances on withholding tax, loans and other accounts affecting payroll.
- Continuously assists Information System personnel on the full transition of payroll program from S38 to AS400 anchored on a simple, secured and flexible payroll preparation.

- Maintains up-to-date files related to payroll.
- Attends to all payroll-related inquiries.

Skills and Knowledge
• Developed ability of communication skill
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
• Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
• Above average to excellent oral and communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills

• Graduate of Finance/Accountancy, with good scholastic records
• Highly analytical and self-motivated
• Experienced in payment processing

• Resourceful and can work under pressure
• Can work with minimum supervision
