Reporting to Egypt sales director, I was responsible for:
? Building & developing sales team in Cairo.
? Managing a team of 2 sales supervisors and 10 salesmen to achieve region target.
? Make continuous check to be always updated & make action plan to avoid weakness points
? Developing and managing network of 5 local distributors.
? Monitoring stock availability, orders and arrival.
? Making sales events.
? Performing marketing survey.
? Provide input to the sales forecast for area.
? Conduct monthly meetings with sales team and brief them on the action plan for the upcoming period.

My main achievements in this job include:

? Trained and developed a team of five new field sales executives who achieved an average of 120% of their sales targets within their first three months.
