Job Description

• Review Fawry applications specs before going to production.
• Monitor system
• Investigation for discovered disputes.
• Communication with external parties (Banks-Billers) to settle all disputes.
• UAT acceptance and approval

Technical Skills:
• Years of Experience: 3-5 years technical background (dev + operations), integration experience is a plus.
• Education: Computer Science or relevant.
• Technical Competencies :
• Basic knowledge of Software development life cycle
• Basic knowledge of DBMS
• Payment service knowledge is a plus
• BWH knowledge is a plus.
• Business background
• Ability to work under pressure
• Accurate.
• Smart and able to learn.
• Good communications skills
