Department Description: The Enterprise business is responsible for delivering a range of solutions to diverse enterprise customers that cover both infrastructure and devices. The organization is active in customer engagements from selling to delivering services to end customers. This role will develop customer solutions that can be replicated to other customers and delivery organizations in the region.


- Apply complex technology and discipline knowledge and skills to the design and delivery of mobility based solutions for enterprise and government customers. The solution architect is a technical Practice “thought leader”, who provides expert global services sales and delivery support to strategic customers.

- Provide technical leadership and vision for AS Practice offerings and solutions.

- Research highly complex industry and customer problems, issues, and environments to explore alternative, assess risks and provide recommendations.

- Contribute to the development maintenance of Practice area methodology.

- Consult with customers to assess current problems states, define desired future states, define solution architectures, and make solutions recommendations.

- Evaluate customer business, systems and technology requirements during the pre-sales phases, and advising customers on best-practices to help guide and solidify proposed designs.

- Create physical and logical architecture solution roadmaps for linking solutions with customer business processes and products.

- Provide relevant and timely feedback of customer discovery and architectural assessments to all involved account teams and services sales management.

- Achieve all appropriate billable utilization objectives

Knowledge Skills:

- Three (3) plus years of successful solutions development, business experience and advancement in customer facing roles and organizations.

- Designed, developed or implemented mobility solutions using mobile VPN and/or mobility platforms or message switches that interface to enterprise applications.

- Demonstrated customer engagement and project management experience.

- Demonstrated ability to travel.

- Ability to work independently and maintain accountability to management.

- BS/BA Degree or equivalent or demonstration of equivalent experience.

- Technical visionary - shaper of future customer, industry and technology trends.

- Ability to influence others at all levels that are not under direct control.

- Ability to structure and lead professional services engagements.

- Project management skills … ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

- Team builder with ability to address organizational boundary challenges.

- Self starter, adaptable, flexible.

- Innovative, entrepreneurial spirit…passion for the task and the business.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Strong message preparation and presentation skills.

- French Language is highly desirable.
