Telecom Egypt to post H1 financials August 15th

Landline monopoly Telecom Egypt (TE) announced today, Thursday, July 28th, in a statement that its consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements for the fiscal period that ended on June 30, 2011 will be released on Monday, August 15th, before the start of trading on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) and London Stock Exchange (LSE).


The EGX-listed telco had reported EGP 649.964 million non-consolidated net earnings for Q1-11, with a fall of 5.8% compared to about EGP 690.485 million in the year-ago period.
