Hermes submits final bid for Ahly Club’s restructuring today

Representatives of EFG-Hermes Holding will convene today with the committee designated to select the financial advisor for the restructuring of Al-Ahly Club’s football activity to submit the investment bank’s last financial offer.


Al-Ahly Club’s board had called for a meeting last Wednesday with representatives of short-listed investment banks, namely Hermes, CI Capital-CFH consortium, HC and Beltone, to look into the four financial and technical bids.


However, Hermes did not attend the meeting, as its bid came first among the submitted ones and thus it saw no need for more discussions, according to Al Mal gazette.
