Citadel Capital and National Societe: Egyptian Equity Preview

The benchmark EGX 30 Index lost 0.9 percent to 4,923.29 in Cairo. The measure has retreated 2 percent this week.
Citadel Capital Holding SAE (CCAP EY): Shareholders of the Egyptian private equity firm approved a 1.05 billion Egyptian pound ($176 million) rights offer. The company will use the funds to finance expansion and current investments. The shares declined 1.7 percent to 4.67 pounds.
National Societe Generale Bank (NSGB EY): The second- biggest publicly traded bank by assets in Egypt said second- quarter profit increased 14 percent to 369.2 pounds. The shares dropped 1.3 percent to 31 pounds.
