Egypt Launches ABC Hospitality Academy to Enhance Tourism Workforce and Support Growing Hospitality Industry
Egypt’s remarkable growth trajectory and ambitious goals are driving a major transformation in the country’s tourism industry.
Al Ahram Beverages Company (ABC), a well-known brand in Egypt’s beverage industry, has started a ground-breaking project to help the country’s hospitality industry grow as it gets ready to welcome 30 million foreign tourists by 2028.
By improving the skill sets of Egypt’s food and beverage professionals, the “ABC Hospitality Academy” initiative aims to further improve the nation’s hospitality offerings.
The ABC Hospitality Academy is an innovative project launched by ABC in collaboration with Rhythm Hospitality Training Consultancy.
The goal of this initiative is to provide specialised training to over 500 professionals in the hospitality and tourism sector across several key Egyptian cities, including Cairo, Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada, Alexandria, and the North Coast, by the end of 2025.
With tourism growth in Egypt surging, especially in 2024 where Egypt is welcoming a record 15.7 million visitors, there has never been a more pressing need for highly skilled professionals in the hospitality industry.
