Egypt records 416 million e-commerce conversations in one year
The study, which analysed millions of online discussions across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, provides valuable insights into regional consumer sentiment, trust, and purchasing behaviour.
According to the report, Egypt ranks second, just behind Saudi Arabia, which recorded 749 million online activities, and ahead of the UAE, which recorded 367 million online discussions.
While all three countries show rapid growth, the report highlights distinct trends within Egypt's market. Price is the primary driver for a significant majority of Egyptian consumers.
A striking 74.3 percent of consumer mentions are related to value, while other factors like shipping (15.4 percent) and customer service (9.3 percent) receive notably less attention.
