FM reviews Egyptian efforts to promote investment atmosphere
Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigration Badr Abdelatty held a high-level meeting in Rabat with a group of prominent Moroccan business leaders and heads of major banks.
The meeting was attended by Member of the Egyptian Parliament and Head of the African Affairs Committee Sherif al-Gabaly, Egypt’s ambassador to Morocco and the head of the Egyptian commercial representation office in Rabat.
During the talks, Abdelatty reviewed Egypt’s recent economic performance and outlined the government’s efforts to enhance the investment climate, foster public-private partnerships, and attract foreign investment.
He emphasized ongoing structural reforms as well as simplified customs and trade procedures and various tax incentives.
Abdelatty reiterated Egypt’s commitment to deepening bilateral relations with Morocco, asserting the vast opportunities available to establish strong and promising partnerships between the two nations.
He presented Egypt’s comprehensive vision for advancing economic, commercial, and industrial ties with Morocco, underlining the importance of integration for mutual benefit.
