Egypt Launches 261,000 Apartments Across Five Phases

The Egyptian Ministry of Housing is gearing up to launch an ambitious housing project that will offer over 261,000 apartments across five phases, starting April 15, 2025. This initiative aims to cater to various segments of the population, from low-income families to those seeking luxury residences.

According to reports, the first phase will kick off with the availability of 35,000 apartments, followed by subsequent releases of 60,000 units on July 15, 2025, 59,000 units on October 15, 2025, 58,000 units on January 15, 2026, and finally, 48,000 units on April 15, 2026. The prices of these apartments will range from 10,000 EGP to 35,000 EGP per square meter, making them accessible to a broad spectrum of potential buyers.
