Egypt to Host Africa’s First AI Healthcare Conference at Africa Health ExCon 2025
Egypt is set to host the first-ever African conference dedicated to artificial intelligence (AI) solutions in healthcare during the highly anticipated 4th Africa Health ExCon, taking place from June 24 to 27, 2025, at Al Manara International Conference Center in Cairo.
The landmark event will be spearheaded by a strategic partnership between the Egyptian Authority for Unified Procurement, Medical Supply, and Technology Management (UPA) and Moharram & Partners (M&P), in collaboration with the African Union (AU), Africa CDC, AUDA-NEPAD, and ACCESS Health International.
The agreement, signed by Dr. Kamal Ebeid, Executive Director of Africa Health ExCon, and Mr. Sherif Bendary, Managing Partner at M&P for Egypt, Libya, and Sudan, was witnessed by Dr. Hisham Stait, Chairman of UPA; Mr. Moustafa Moharram, Founder and Chairman of M&P; and Amb. Sherif El Bedewy, CEO of M&P.
The upcoming edition of Africa Health ExCon is positioned to be a regional hub for promoting AI innovation in healthcare, enabling knowledge exchange and strategic partnerships between global tech leaders and African governments.
