Egypt to establish seven logistics corridors by 2030
Egypt's leadership plans to create seven integrated logistics corridors in the country, which will connect major industrial, agricultural, and mining regions with seaports. The project is being implemented on the initiative of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, writes Sada El-Balad, a partner of TV BRICS. It is noted that the corridors will also connect the ports of the Red Sea and the Mediterranean Sea. The initiative involves the creation of an extensive railway network and the construction of roads passing through dry ports and logistics zones.
