Eagle Hills Properties, Hassan Allam sign $63.7 mn contract for phase one of luxury resort

Eagle Hills Properties has entered into a contract with Hassan Allam Construction for the development of parcels 1 and 2 (Views – Island) within phase 1A of the Soul Luxury Beach Resort in Egypt. The project is slated for completion in 960 days, at a contract value of $63.7 million (EGP 1,970,240,005).

The development of the project includes the implementation and construction of the luxury beach resort located on the North Coast of Egypt. The signing ceremony was attended by Mohamed Al Abbar, Chairman of Eagle Hills Properties, and Eng Hassan Allam, CEO at Hassan Allam Holding.
