Tycoon Tower, the tallest hotel in Africa is on the way. A 233-metre building located in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital, developers hope the striking building will become one of the area’s key landmarks.

Specifics such as key count, facilities or an opening date, have not yet been shared. However, it will have an infinity on its rooftop.

The five-star property will be managed by Millennium Hotels & Resorts, led by newly-appointed CEO Fahad Abdulrahim Kazim.

The project is a joint partnership between MIllennium and with developers Nile Developments, one of the largest real estate developers in the New Administrative Capital.

Mahmoud Taher, vice chairman of Nile Developments said: “Tycoon Tower is 233 meters high, and it is an exceptional real estate project that will set a new global standard as Africa’s highest hotel. The new hotel – one of Nile Business City towers and the largest project of Nile Developments so far- is deemed as a historical addition to NAC’s Downtown area.”

The hotel is one of four towers that make up the Nile Business City project. The vertical city also includes an administrative tower and Nile City Center (the commercial centre of the project).
