Int’l Cooperation Ministry reviews efforts to back entrepreneurship
The Ministry of International Cooperation has released its annual report on efforts exerted to support entrepreneurship, innovation, digital transformation and youth empowerment in 2022, shedding light on the initiatives and partnerships with bilateral and multilateral development partners.
During the activities of the fourth edition of the World Youth Forum in early 2022, International Cooperation Minister Rania el Mashat and development partners launched the UN initiative “Generation Without Borders”, under the name of Shabab Balad (Youth of a Country), the report said.
The report stated that Egypt was the first country in the Middle East to launch this initiative after being initiated by the UN in more than 50 world countries. It aims to empower youth in the fields of education, employment, entrepreneurship, and participation.
