El Obour Real Estate’s profits surge 55% YoY in 2022
El Obour Real Estate Investment (OBRI) reported that its net profits after tax increased by 54.8% year on year (YoY) to EGP 3.87 million in 2022, compared to EGP 2.5 million, according to the firm’s financial statement.
Revenues grew 14.8% to EGP 114.22 million last year from EGP 99.45 million in the previous year.
