CIB general assembly approves appointing Hisham Ezz Al-Arab as non-executive Chairman

The General Assembly of the Commercial International Bank - Egypt (CIB) approved the decision to appoint Hisham Ezz Al-Arab as a non-executive Chairman of the Bank's Board of Directors.

 

In December 2022, renowned banker Hisham Ezz El Arab was nominated by the CIB Board of Directors to be appointed as a non-executive chairman of the board of directors, after obtaining the approval of Egypt's Central Bank.
