Egypt's Orbit Developments launches two new projects in Sokhna and Hurghada

Egypt's Orbit Developments announced the launch of a mixed-use project- Platinum Hurghada- in Hurghada and a commercial project - Mall Al Sokhna – in Ain Sokhna.


CEO Mohamed Khattab told Zawya Projects that Platinum Hurghada comprises five-storey buildings housing apartments and commercial units and is scheduled to be delivered in 2025.


Khattab didn't disclose details about the number of units or investment value but said the targeted sales revenue is 4.5 billion Egyptian pounds ($147 million).


Domesttu Design Studio is the project's design and engineering consultant, while Orbit Property Management will manage and operate the project.


Khattab said the four-storey Mall Al Sokhna is spread over 35,000 square metres, with delivery scheduled to start in 2025.


He didn't quantify investment value or units but said the total targeted sales is EGP2 billion ($65 million).


Khattab disclosed that Orbit Developments has an ambitious expansion plan for the coming months, including a branded residences project in Ain Sokhna, a residential project in New Cairo, and a hotel and serviced apartments project on the North Coast.


The developer has successfully delivered eight projects since inception and currently owns 3,000 units distributed between residential, commercial, and serviced-apartment segments.
