Paragon Developments announced the start of piling works in Paragon 3 model. This was after the completion of the regular concrete and waterproofing works under the foundations of the third administrative building in the series of Paragon administrative projects that was initiated with Paragon 1, and extended to Paragon 2, all the way to the third project. The project provides several areas ranging from 104 to 250 square meters, to offer various spaces for offices with depths ranging from 1:1 - 1:1 ½ of the total area, ensuring comfortable furnishing with optimal utilization of spaces.

Paragon 3 units are distinguished by its architectural design and unique location on the corner of the main street overlooking the Presidential Palace, in addition to its proximity to the Government District and ministries, which gives Paragon 3 a spectacular facade. Most of the units are located on two corners, providing a wide panoramic viewing angle of the area surrounding the project. The majority of the project’s units are overlooking the two main streets, and can see the presidential garden, while the rest of the units’ view is open gardens.

The start of the piling works for Paragon’s exceptional project maintains the customer’s trust in the company. Moreover, Paragon adopts a sustainable strategy in its construction operations particularly IOT in order to optimize the operation of buildings, in addition to applying environmental sustainability to reduce the negative impact of construction on the environment, to meet environmental challenges and climate changes resulting from greenhouse gas emissions, and to reduce energy consumption inside buildings, which also contributes to reducing operating expenses.
