PM receives report on citizens’ complaints in January
Prime Minister Moutafa Madbouli asserted the government’s keenness on following up the role of the Cabinet’s Ombudsman Office and demonstrating necessary support to respond to citizens’ complaints in a swift way in coordination with ministries and government bodies.
Madbouli’s remarks came while receiving a report on citizens’ complaints registered with the Cabinet’s Ombudsman Office during the month of January.
Director of the office Tareq El Refaei, who prepared the report, stated that some 113,000 complaints and pleas had been received in January.
