Abdel Wahab’s villa hit $7 million in market value

According to a listing by Sotheby's International Realty Laila Jayyusi, the mansion is clad in marble and features nearly 13,500 sq ft over three floors, and is located in Zamalek, one of Cairo's most prestigious neighbourhoods.

The villa's defining features include ornate wood paneling—carved wood representing "a classic interior design trend originating in ancient Egypt"—high ceilings and light-filled rooms reminiscent of the "elegance of Egypt's golden age".
