Egyptian, Zambian ICT ministers sign MoU to achieve cooperation in 8 fields

Minister of Telecommunications and Information Technology Amr Talaat, and Zambian Minister of Technology and Science Felix Mutati signed Monday an MoU on cooperation in the fields of digital transformation, courier services, institutional capacity-building, human resource skill development, artificial intelligence, e-learning, digital inclusion, and international infrastructure.

The two ministers also held talks on executive mechanisms, where Minister Talaat offered training Zambian youth at the Information Technology Institute, and the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA), as well as providing scholarships to Zambian students to study at one of technology universities.
