Petroleum ministry becomes leader in complaint management

The Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources comes at the forefront of the ministries with the highest achievement in responding and dealing with citizen complaints during November, the Cabinet announced.


Director of the Unified Governmental Complaints System at the Cabinet Tarek El Rifai explained in a report reviewed by Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly that there are ministries that achieved distinguished rates during the month of November, namely: Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Supply and Internal Trade, Electricity and Renewable Energy, Health and Population, Transportation, Foreign Affairs, Endowments, Water Resources and Irrigation, Tourism and Antiquities, Education and Technical Education, Manpower, and the Environment.


Madbouly followed up the efforts of the unified government complaints system to receive and monitor citizens’ complaints from various governorates and respond to them, during the month of November 2022, through the detailed report prepared by El Rifai.
