Egypt's Madinet Nasr Q1 net profit falls 51 pct y-o-y

Egyptian property developer Madinet Nasr reported first-quarter net profit of 24.8 million Egyptian pounds ($3.25 million), a 51.3 percent fall from a year ago.

The company reported net profit of 50.8 million pounds in the first quarter of 2014.
