Egypt, South Africa discuss tourism cooperation

Tourism Minister Hisham Zaazou met with South Africa's Ambassador to Egypt Noluthando Mayende-Sibiya to discuss means of promoting tourism cooperation between both countries.

The meeting comes within the framework of the Tourism Ministry's efforts to restore tourism movement in Egypt.

During the meeting, Zaazou extended an invitation to his South African counterpart to visit Egypt as part of an official delegation and organize a workshop to get acquainted with the Egyptian expertise in the field of tourism.

The two officials discussed possibilities of holding tourist events between Cairo and Cape Town.
