ELSWEDY ELECTRIC - (SWDY) announced that it would raise its issued capital from LE 1718.6 million to LE 2234.18 million, amounting to LE 515.58 million and distributed over 51.558 million free shares for existing shareholders.

The company stated that, such 51.558 free stocks is financed from the fiscal year profits, adding that shareholders as of Sunday 11/09/2011 are entitled for 3 free stocks for every existing 10 shares.

Free stocks would be distributed on Monday 12/09/2011 via Misr for Clearing, Depository and Central Registry.
