Egypt: Minister of Information Call for New African Media Discourse

Minister of Information Osama Haikel said, while attending the graduation ceremony of batch 36 of African broadcasters that the circumstances surrounding the African continent now, make us today more than ever in dire need to formulate a new African media discourse, aiming at reach all over the world.

Furthermore, Osama stressed the importance of working to develop our role coping with the high level of development in information and communication field. We can promote the African media to be a tool of a free and honest expression of our peoples of Africa.
