ACA signs agreement with Intuit Management Consultancy in Dubai
ACA has proudly partnered with Intuit Management Consultancy LLP based in Dubai, UAE in August 2013 to offer its incorporation services in the latter’s jurisdiction. This decision was taken by ACA as its partners regard the tax free environment in Dubai alluring to many regional investment opportunities.
The partnership to include both companies’ incorporation services whereby they consult prospective clients on the appropriate legal structure, jurisdiction & location, draft the incorporation documents, issue all applicable government approvals, licenses & lease approvals, open up chosen bank accounts as well as other tailored post incorporation services.
