Free Webinar: ITIL Overview (Arabic)

This webinar is to give an overview on ITIL for the general audience. It is targeted towards attendees from both the IT side and the business side in all kinds of industry. We will define ITIL and IT Service Management, and see how the business can benefit from applying these practices.
